Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy as follows:
For Axe Throwing Reservations that are made online, over the phone, or in advance at The Hatchet House: In order to receive a full refund, cancellation must be requested at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations requested less than 14 days in advance, but at least 3 days prior to your scheduled event will be given Credit at The Hatchet House to be used at a later date. Please contact the Hatchet House to use your credit. No refunds or credit will be provided for cancellations requested less than 3 days prior to your scheduled event.
For larger group reservations, cancellations and refunds may be dictated by your agreement with The Hatchet House. Please refer to your agreement or contact The Hatchet House with any questions.
